We are looking for an in-person Social Media & Marketing Associate to work directly alongside our leadership team to help create, manage, and distribute content while supporting outreach and media production.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Scheduling
- Assist in planning weekly content themes
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during office days
- Help record short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Edit or prep content for posting
- Schedule content across:
- TikTok
- Youtube
- Ensure content aligns with brand/company voice and messaging
You will help bring our content strategy to life — from minimal filming to posting to helping turn engagement into real conversations and opportunities.
You will be working directly from our office alongside the founders and team.
This is not just a posting role — this is a hands-on position for someone who understands how content drives leads and conversions.
Video & Media Support
- Assist during filming sessions
- Help set up lighting / angles (basic setup — nothing complex)
- Capture additional lifestyle / BTS footage
- Organize recorded content for editing and posting
Outreach Support
- Assist with light outbound messaging on:
Help manage responses and route qualified conversations to leadership
Growth & Conversion Support
- Track which content performs best
- Help optimize posting schedule
- Identify engagement opportunities
- Assist in turning attention into conversations
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- ✔ Organized but creative
- ✔ Comfortable around cameras & content creation
- ✔ Familiar with social media platforms
- ✔ Interested in entrepreneurship / business / finance
- ✔ Able to execute without constant supervision
- ✔ Reliable and consistent
Bonus if you:
- Understand short-form content trends
- Have basic video editing experience
- Have experience scheduling content
- Have assisted in content filming before
