Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote Baptist Health South Florida's services and mission.
  • Oversee and manage all marketing and communications initiatives, including advertising, public relations, social media, and event planning.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and create compelling content for marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing guidance and support for the successful execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to increase brand awareness and visibility.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and tracking ROI.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing and communication materials align with Baptist Health South Florida's brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols to handle potential public relations issues.
  • Collaborate with community partners and organizations to promote Baptist Health South Florida's services and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the marketing and communications team.
