Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is revolutionizing home improvement by making it faster, easier, and stress‐free. As part of one of the most trusted home renovation networks in America, we are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative who will engage with homeowners, introduce remodeling services, and schedule free in-home product demonstrations – with no selling required. Compensation: Earn up to $55,000‑$75,000 in your first year with a Sign‑On Bonus: up to $3,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in‑person outreach.
  • Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation.
  • Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations.
  • Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry.

Required Qualifications

  • No experience required – we provide full training.
  • Self‑motivated with a passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies.
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings (shifts: 10am – 6pm).
  • Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken, thriving in human interaction.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day) and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities.
