As the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, you will shape how 3E is perceived across the market by leading strategic communications and creative campaigns that connect messaging, storytelling, and visibility across teams. This remote role is preferred for candidates in Eastern or Central U.S. Time Zones while collaborating with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand marketing initiatives that raise awareness, build credibility, and differentiate 3E across all media channels.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns aligned with the company’s growth strategy, supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Write, edit, and review clear, compelling customer-facing content including campaign copy, announcements, and onboarding communications.
- Manage production of multimedia content across digital, social, video, and print, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance lifecycle communications that strengthen customer relationships and retention.
- Oversee agency and freelance partners to ensure creative deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
- Track and report campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics, using insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage award submissions, speaker abstracts, and visibility opportunities that elevate 3E’s market presence.
- Maintain the brand asset library, templates, and messaging guides to ensure internal and external alignment.
- Champion operational excellence by driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across marketing workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, EHS, or other highly technical or regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven track record of crafting messaging for executives, customers, and thought leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel campaigns that blend creative storytelling with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing agencies and creative partners across digital, social, and multimedia formats.
- Strong project management and communication skills with aptitude for influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, build collaborative relationships, and take full ownership for results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding or lifecycle communications.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights to guide brand and campaign decisions.

- Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,000–135,000 per year; the final offer depends on skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
