Join our Artificial Intelligence and Data team as an AI/Machine Learning Engineer, Manager Consultant and help build a better working world by applying cutting-edge technology and innovative techniques. In this dynamic role, you will work alongside clients and diverse teams to develop scalable AI solutions and continuously push the boundaries of what's possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstream delivery and manage technical processes and projects.
- Continuously improve processes by researching and identifying innovative solutions.
- Manage and supervise teams, ensuring accountability for performance and results.
- Engage actively with clients, leading projects from planning through execution to closure.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
- 2-4 years of experience in directly managing technical teams.
- Strong skills in Python and experience with ML packages such as scikit-learn and PyTorch.
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
- Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Dall-e, Langchain, Retrieval Augmented Generation).
- Experience with natural language processing, deep learning, DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps), Agile methodologies (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, data ingestion, transformation, evaluation, and model retraining methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, software engineering best practices, mathematics, and statistics.
- Excellent communication skills with a willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Skills in Technical Design Optimization, relationship-building, digital fluency, emotional agility, commercial acumen, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage change effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of and ability to teach various technical concepts, tools, and approaches.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Proficiency in additional programming languages (e.g., R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C).
- Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies coupled with skills in data visualization and storytelling.
- Experience with image processing techniques and/or speech and audio processing and analysis.
