As a collaborative Full Stack Software Engineer (L2), you will embrace an AI-first development approach—using advanced AI tools to build, debug, and QA features—while working across our entire technology stack in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Develop experiments and A/B tests with platforms like Split to optimize user experiences.
• Design and maintain APIs to support Growth Zone initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and UX teams to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Write comprehensive tests using Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and related frameworks.
• Utilize AI tools as a primary workflow for coding, debugging, and testing.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and team discussions to drive best practices.
• Provide project estimates, identify risks, and independently address technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding and debugging.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and backend technologies (such as Node.js or Python).
• Understanding of API design and integration, along with experimentation platforms like Split.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks including Jest, Vitest, and Playwright.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance development practices.
