Position Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Financial Analyst who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with AI tools daily to support financial workflows, data analysis, and client operations.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup where you’ll gain real exposure to real estate finance, financial modeling, and AI-driven systems.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and reconcile real estate financial data using our platform
• Support clients in managing and understanding their investment data and reports
• Use AI tools and automation to improve financial workflows and efficiency
• Work with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets to identify issues and insights
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform accuracy and usability
• Gain exposure to underwriting, asset management, and financial analysis

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and working with data
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) or strong interest in using AI for analysis and productivity
• Comfortable learning new systems and working in a tech-driven environment
• Strong work ethic (work hard, play hard) and high ownership mindset
• Growth-focused and able to move fast in a startup environment
