Position Overview

A growing medical products manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator to support distributors, group purchasing customers, and internal teams with accurate, timely order fulfillment and reporting. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the hub between departments, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service that supports life-impacting medical products.

Salary: $43,000 - $45,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Education: High School

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment Ownership: Enter, acknowledge, verify pricing, expedite, and manage schedule updates for customer orders from start to finish
  • Customer & Distributor Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery timelines, and documentation
  • Reporting & Tracking: Prepare monthly commission, administrative, and sales reports while maintaining databases and member commitments
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipping, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Marketing to meet customer needs
  • Quoting & Pricing Support: Prepare quotations and assist with pricing verification
  • RMA & Issue Resolution: Support technical inquiries, returns, and customer complaint resolution
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Distribute marketing materials and assist with sales reporting
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve order flow, communication, and customer experience
  • Credit & Collections Assistance: Support finance team when needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order processing, inside sales support, or a related role
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • Years of experience: 3 years
  • Experience level: Experienced

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting distributors, manufacturers, or logistics environments is a plus
