Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
• Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
• Document care accurately using our electronic software

Requirements: Required Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)
• Own vehicle that can reliably drive you around the Chicagoland area
• Ability to pass background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to client care
