Position Overview

Our global Analytics team uses data to generate insights and power fact-based decisions across the business. As an Analyst II, Digital Marketing, you will optimize digital marketing channels—with a focus on paid search and SEO—by fostering cross-functional collaboration and developing analytical frameworks that drive marketing effectiveness and ROI. Channel your determination to tackle challenging problems and create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize channel spend and creative performance in collaboration with marketing stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage self-service reporting dashboards for marketing insights.
  • Build analytical frameworks to improve marketing channel performance.
  • Partner with marketing operators and stakeholders to define business problems and deliver analytically rigorous solutions that enhance ROI.
  • Create high-quality presentations to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the business.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or data science.
  • Experience working with paid search and organic search attribution methodologies.
  • Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau; Python/R experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methods.
  • Curiosity to learn about complex business challenges and a desire to grow as an analyst.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD.
  • Includes bonus, equity, and other benefits as applicable.
