Position Overview
Validity's Director of Product Marketing will drive business results by developing and executing effective product marketing strategies. In this role, you will build and execute go-to-market strategies designed to boost product awareness and adoption, contributing to revenue growth through engaging messaging and refined product positioning. The ideal candidate has a well-honed process for understanding customer needs and a proven record of translating those needs into meaningful marketing insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, develop, and communicate the product marketing strategy.
- Partner with product management to leverage market, buyer, and competitive insights to inform the product roadmap.
- Develop value-based messaging and positioning through collateral, web content, use cases, videos, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Implement effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features with a focus on successful launches and post-launch performance.
- Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence to support sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Evangelize a deep understanding of products, customers, and market trends across internal teams and external audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Marketing for an Enterprise B2B organization.
- Deep understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Expertise in marketing success platforms, customer data management solutions, digital marketing, and email technologies.
- Strong messaging, positioning, and writing skills for creating compelling documents, presentations, and copy.
- Data-driven and results-focused with proven ability in both strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear narratives.
- Experience launching new products and thriving in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales management, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing and scaling teams.
