Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and craft personalized, comprehensive strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience in line with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to enhance branch effectiveness and achieve desired results.
  • Foster an environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability within the branch.
  • Complete ongoing training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

  • Leverage a comprehensive support network spanning your local branch to the home office.

Required Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 certifications are required.
  • Proven experience in financial services working with clients and a deep knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a passion for learning and meeting challenges.
  • Proven ability in long-term relationship building, critical thinking, and adapting to new information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • State insurance licenses are preferred.
  • Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
