Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Title

Our client, a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions, is seeking an accomplished Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their state-of-the-art facility in San Antonio, Texas, US. This role requires a hands-on approach to optimizing production processes and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for analyzing existing manufacturing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and validating new manufacturing processes
• Troubleshooting production issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, quality, and production

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC)
• Experience with automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies is highly desirable
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives from conception to completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
