Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Marketing – Digital & New Channels is a hands-on growth marketer responsible for building and scaling new customer acquisition channels at HomeWorks Energy. You will focus on growing the direct-to-consumer HVAC business and launching the HomeWorks Home Checkup (HCUP) product. In this roll-up-your-sleeves role, you will manage day-to-day performance across paid digital and emerging channels, collaborate with agencies, and work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and IT in a fast-moving, low-ego, high-accountability environment.
Compensation: $95,000-$125,000 annual with opportunity to earn incentive performance bonus
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Hybrid (primarily remote with in-office presence approximately one day per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across paid digital and emerging channels, including paid search, paid social, LSAs, and test channels such as out of home, billboards, radio, and television.
- Support the growth of a standalone HVAC acquisition engine, strengthening HomeWorks’ brand as a trusted HVAC provider.
- Assist in the launch and ongoing development of the HomeWorks Home Checkup (HCUP) product in partnership with the CMO and cross-functional teams.
- Balance performance-driven campaigns with early-stage brand-building initiatives.
- Operate with a test–learn–scale mindset by running experiments across channels, creative, messaging, and offers.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improving lead volume, conversion rates, and efficiency.
- Make data-informed recommendations to adjust spend, creative, and channel mix.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies across paid digital and emerging media.
- Coordinate campaign launches, creative development, and reporting with agency partners, and hold them accountable to performance goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing and Direct Mail teams to ensure aligned messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics and IT to enhance attribution, reporting, and performance visibility.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and a positive customer experience.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including lead volume, schedules, and customer acquisition cost.
- Support ambitious growth targets by scaling HVAC and HCUP schedules during peak seasons.
- Share insights and learnings regularly with marketing leadership.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience Required: 5–8+ years in B2C marketing with a strong emphasis on digital and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and digital media platforms.
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with performance data.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems for campaign execution and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

- Experience marketing home services, HVAC, or adjacent categories.
- Experience working in startup or mid-sized company environments.
