Entry-Level Account Executive | Location: Roswell, GA (100% In-Office). We’re seeking driven and enthusiastic recent college graduates to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with clients to understand their staffing needs and help deliver customized solutions that truly make a difference while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing goals.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Work closely with our internal team to develop creative, tailored staffing solutions.
  • Help companies fill critical roles by matching them with top technical talent.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective communication and strategic planning.
  • Talk with clients to learn about their current hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to craft the best possible staffing solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and maintain detailed records in our CRM/ATS.
  • Celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and work together toward shared goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A people person—you enjoy building relationships and earning trust.
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales career.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
