 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse</li>
