Position Overview

As an Interaction Designer, you will take complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, delightful experiences for billions of users worldwide. You will work across the complete design process—from creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to mentoring fellow designers—ensuring our products remain innovative and accessible. In this role, you’ll join multi-disciplinary teams that include UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Program Managers, and Engineers, all collaborating to deliver exceptional user experiences while influencing product strategy.

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Please note that the salary reflects base pay only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the user experience design for high-impact projects within the Trust portfolio, from concept to launch, and act as a key contributor in strategic planning.
  • Define and articulate clear user experience narratives, creating visual stories and a range of design artifacts (wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes) to communicate design strategies.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs, clarify product requirements, and deliver design solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and facilitate design sprints and workshops to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor fellow designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Experience planning and leading design processes such as design sprints and workshops.
  • Experience in developing and executing design strategy for products.
  • A portfolio, website, or other relevant link to your work (please include viewable links or access instructions in your resume).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in a design agency or fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing product strategy on ambiguous projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to design and deliver compelling presentations that articulate design ideas.
