Position Overview
Tools4ever, a successful and growing Software Company with industry leading products serving top national clients, is seeking a tech-savvy Professional Services Engineer for its New York division. With a strong track record of growth and successful implementations with Fortune 500 clients, Tools4ever distinguishes itself by delivering complete Identity & Access Management solutions in weeks instead of months.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the full range of Tools4ever products in client production environments and provide architecture and design expertise.
- Design and implement software solutions using various Tools4ever products.
- Utilize Active Directory expertise to advise customers on environment design.
- Collaborate with project management and the sales team to assess and dimension customer requirements.
- Document solution delivery and usage procedures.
- Provide first-line support for implementations and assist Level I technical support with ticket escalation.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned per customer requirements, including post-delivery customer support.
Required Qualifications
- High attention to detail with strong planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly transition between multiple projects and work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with user lifecycle management and workflow capabilities.
- Familiarity with technical environments including Active Directory & LDAP, MS SQL, MS Exchange (2010–2016), Google Apps, Office 365, PowerShell, XML, and the .NET platform for web-based application development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.
