Ace Concepts is looking for our next Entry Level Customer Support Representative to join our rapidly expanding Customer Service and Sales Team in the Long Island area! We are seeking a goal-oriented, determined, self-starting individual who can contribute to our team's and company's overall growth. In this role, you will be trained across various departments and complete essential sales and administrative training—including leadership development in the customer service and sales cycle. You will help deliver a top-notch customer service experience paired with a seamless sales process featuring some of the industry's best products. Training and development are provided weekly, offering the right candidate an opportunity to grow organically with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify, educate, and complete the sales process directly with customers based on their individualized needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from introduction to closing.
- Respond to complaints, resolve issues, and effectively answer questions regarding products/services.
- Utilize negotiation skills when recommending new sales opportunities.
- Present additional discounts, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities throughout the sale.
- Facilitate the growth of customer accounts by consistently meeting daily and weekly KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail sales, restaurant, or customer service).
- Self-confident, professional, and upbeat demeanor.
- Driven and goal-oriented both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Discipline and professionalism in adhering to company procedures for sales, customer service, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Management, Communications, Sales, or Entrepreneurship.
