  • Utilize prior understanding of SAP Quote to Contract and Order to Billing processes along with experience in corporate business operations and analytics.
  • Query and manipulate large data sets and perform ad-hoc analysis to understand revenue, bookings, billings, compliance, spend, and employee-related insights.
  • Partner with engineering teams to implement business solutions and validate products against requirements.
  • Implement process improvements and automations to optimize delivery, operations, and support processes.
  • Collaborate daily with business users, engineers, and managers to build, deploy, operate, and support new business solutions.
  • Craft sophisticated conceptual builds including application interfaces, interactions, and dashboards, and plan post-delivery support activities.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree along with 10 years of work experience in a data science/analytics role.
  • Experience supporting analytics in Revenue, Finance, and Employee data domains.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Analytics Platforms (Databricks, SAP HANA) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ability to understand business requirements, strategy, goals, and processes and translate them into functional or system specifications.
  • Proven ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively within global teams.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: The U.S. pay range for this position is $154,900 -- $281,000 annually. In California, the range is $194,000 - $281,000. Non-sales roles include short-term incentives in the form of an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with potential eligibility for long-term incentives.
