Position Overview

Financial Customer Care Representative - Work From Home. In this fully remote role, you will manage customer inquiries in a dynamic workspace. Applicants must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum download 15 Mbps, upload 5 Mbps, zero packet loss, and ping under 50ms) and an organized, noise-free workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond attentively to customer inquiries and deliver outstanding service through active listening.
  • Protect and handle sensitive customer information with care.
  • Strive to resolve issues promptly on the first call and calmly de-escalate situations when needed.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and record call-related information for audit and reporting.
  • Provide feedback on call-related issues and upsell services if required.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Required: At least six months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
  • Familiarity with Windows-based systems and desktop computer use
  • Requirements: Reliable internet connection with minimum download speed of 15 Mbps, upload speed of 5 Mbps, zero packet loss, and ping under 50ms; organized, noise-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Prior customer service or sales experience
  • Education: A college degree is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Resourceful individual with key competencies including process excellence, collaboration, effective communication, strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, open-mindedness, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset
