Sports Marketing Lead

Position Overview

As the Sports Marketing Lead at NIKE, Inc. in Beaverton, OR, you will develop and maintain global athlete product experiences by working across diverse sports marketing geographies. You will collaborate regularly with the Men’s & Women’s Global Sports Marketing team, help drive and implement NIKE’s global digital athlete service strategy, and represent the Global Athlete Experience Sports Marketing team in Product & Digital meetings alongside the Sr. Director. In doing so, you will produce strategic product touchpoints, deliver immersive digital services, and achieve budgetary savings through more efficient operational methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global athlete product experiences.
• Collaborate with the Men’s & Women’s Global Sports Marketing team to evolve the athlete portfolio.
• Drive and implement NIKE’s global digital athlete service strategy.
• Represent the Global Athlete Experience team in Product & Digital meetings, ensuring cohesive strategy alignment.
• Produce strategic product touchpoints and immersive digital services while achieving operational cost efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Management, or Economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing-related roles.
• Experience with SAP Global Athlete Order Management.
• Proven track record in monitoring global brand moment product buys using Cognos.
• Skilled in managing information and payments through Aravo & Coupa.
• Familiarity with the Merchandising tool MMX.
• Experience in Product Management.
• Working knowledge of AV tool and SAP tool.
