Warehouse Associate (Riverside, CA) - Full-time

We’re hiring Warehouse Associates for a hands-on role that involves scanning, picking, and packing orders, as well as maintaining a smooth workflow behind the scenes. Location: Riverside, California
Schedule: Day Shift (overtime required, Sunday work mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Process and organize inventory for shipping
• Utilize modern devices for sorting, scanning, and order preparation
• Follow on-screen instructions for various tasks
• Assemble, secure, categorize, and move pallets and packages
• Receive, audit, and store products
• Meet or exceed productivity standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work a 5x8 schedule (including Sundays) with overtime
• Engage in activities such as standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout shifts
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse experience in a distribution setting
• Previous experience meeting or exceeding department productivity standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under time constraints
• Ability to maintain accuracy, safety, and focus while performing work
• Willingness to grow and learn within the organization
