HR Generalist Position
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, focusing on onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and vendor management. Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding processes to create a positive and seamless experience for new employees.
- Coordinate vendor relationships to support HR functions and contingent workforce management.
- Administer leave programs, including disability, personal leave, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage the interactive process for workplace accommodations under ADA guidelines, working closely with employees, managers, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and update knowledge base resources such as FAQs and self-service tools to enhance employee education.
- Analyze inquiry trends to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to HR processes.
- Handle unemployment claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update labor law posters to meet legal requirements and ensure compliance.
- Support the preparation and delivery of HR-related metrics and reports to improve organizational transparency.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations and enhance employee experiences.
