HR Generalist Position

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding processes to create a positive and seamless experience for new employees.
• Coordinate vendor relationships to support HR functions and contingent workforce management.
• Administer leave programs, including disability, personal leave, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage the interactive process for workplace accommodations under ADA guidelines, working closely with employees, managers, and healthcare providers.
• Develop and update knowledge base resources such as FAQs and self-service tools to enhance employee education.
• Analyze inquiry trends to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to HR processes.
• Handle unemployment claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain and update labor law posters to meet legal requirements and ensure compliance.
• Support the preparation and delivery of HR-related metrics and reports to improve organizational transparency.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations and enhance employee experiences.
