Position Overview

As our Southeast Regional Marketing and Event Associate, you will support our events and regional marketing initiatives across FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, DC, OH, PA, TN and other potential Southeast locations. In this fast-paced role, you'll work on diverse projects, learn best practices from various stakeholders, and enjoy a clear path for career advancement at Grafana Labs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regional marketing support (approximately 80% of your time) by managing and executing account-based marketing initiatives, including virtual programs and in-person events, while maintaining data and project timelines.
  • Coordinate event activities (approximately 20% of your time) by collaborating with the Events Manager to plan and execute webinars, trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Create and localize marketing materials tailored for specific regions and events.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to gather data and generate performance reports on campaigns.
  • Oversee event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, booth setup, and on-site support as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Reside in the Southeast region (FL, GA, VA, DC preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of regional, field, or event marketing experience; Federal expertise is a plus
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 40%)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
  • Proficiency in Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com is a plus
