Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of calls with courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and questions.
  • Log every call in the call log database and review activity on a daily basis.
  • Offer alternative solutions to retain customer satisfaction.
  • Manage business transactions related to the activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal.
  • Communicate with customers using web‐based tools while demonstrating excellent typing and grammar.
  • Make financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjust customer accounts accordingly.
  • Manage multiple duties simultaneously and complete other assigned tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional client service via telephone, conduct detailed research, and prepare activity reports to track performance.
  • Track issues and coordinate with support teams to ensure timely solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center/Customer Service/Accounting role with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency.
  • Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, professional, and courteous attitude.
  • Superior telephone etiquette and the ability to accomplish tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and web browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer).

Compensation

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
