Position Overview

The Express Service Technician plays a key role by performing vehicle maintenance according to dealer and factory standards and building Customer loyalty through trust and dependable care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as applicable.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an express/quick lube technician.
