We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with advisors to develop tailored, comprehensive financial plans, manage and analyze spreadsheets, handle data entry, and assist in preparing and leading client seminars. Additional responsibilities include supporting advisor training and providing direct assistance to the Financial Planning Director. Compensation: Salary range: $93,000 - $125,000 plus annual bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advisors on clients with assets under management of $2 million or more, and consult with the Financial Planning Manager for clients with $5 million and more complex financial plans.
- Collect data for financial planning via client questionnaires, clarify responses, and enter data into the financial planning system.
- Utilize financial planning software to generate financial plans and review them with Financial Advisors.
- Generate specific action plans for clients based on recommendations in their financial plans.
- Create, review, and enter data into spreadsheets to analyze financial and business planning issues.
- Collaborate with the financial planning team to assess and recommend changes or upgrades in existing software.
- Work with Operations, IT, and Marketing departments to enhance current systems and deploy new solutions.
- Conduct research and assist in preparing and leading financial planning seminars and training sessions.
- Support the Director in M&A efforts and in training newly hired staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- CFP Designation is required.
- Proficiency with financial planning software, specifically eMoney; familiarity with Money Guide Pro and Holistiplan is a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in financial services or a related field, with client-facing experience being a plus.
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in a business-related major.
- Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel; programming skills are a plus.
