Position Overview

Recent College Graduates are welcome to apply for our Insurance Sales Representative role at biBerk, a Berkshire Hathaway company. We are experiencing substantial growth and are seeking enthusiastic sales professionals from the Omaha, NE area. In this role, biBerk will sponsor your licensing (property and casualty) before you join our comprehensive sales training class. Initially, the position is 100% in-office with a potential for a hybrid schedule after approximately 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain sales goals and provide industry leading service standards
• Ensure timely outreach to all inbound leads, including website applications and inbound calls
• Demonstrate availability and dependability in multitasking
• Work collaboratively in a total team environment

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree

Benefits & Perks

• Starting Compensation: $51,000 per year plus commission and/or incentive pay potential. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
