Position Overview
As a Customer Success Manager with Strive Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful customer relationships by providing exceptional support through personalized care and data‑driven insights. In alignment with sales counterparts, you will drive revenue through the growth and expansion of territories while guiding provider clinics toward their outlined goals.
Location: Remote (PST / MST time zones)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prescribers, key stakeholders, and office staff, ensuring satisfaction and positioning Strive Pharmacy as a trusted partner.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Account Executives, Territory Sales Managers, and Operations to support sales efforts, including assistance with orders and inquiries.
- Reporting: Regularly pull and present data to sales team members, prescribers, and key stakeholders to identify clinic or provider needs and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Customer Support: Proactively address customer concerns across various service tiers, ensuring prompt resolution and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction while identifying trends to implement proactive solutions.
- Market Growth: Promote territory growth and expansion using data to identify opportunities to increase script volume and product usage.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize Hub Spot CRM to track and manage sales calls, customer interactions, and critical data while maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer success, client relationship, or relevant experience.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, fostering a communicative and solution‑oriented environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HIPAA compliance protocols and safeguarding sensitive patient information.
- Experience with Life File or a willingness to undergo training to acquire proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Hub Spot, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
