Join our Custom Support team as a Customer Care & Sales Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, schedule services, follow up on leads, and identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and drive sales. You will ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information about our services while assisting in supporting technicians when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online scheduling platforms, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
- Follow up on leads to schedule appointments and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Practice speed-to-lead protocols to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize opportunities.
- Assist technicians by relaying job details, scheduling changes, and resolving customer-related issues as they arise.
- Update and maintain customer records, work orders, and scheduling software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate documentation to account for billable work and ensure proper follow-through on completed jobs.
- Efficiently route non-schedule related inquiries to the appropriate person or department for resolution.
- Coordinate with office managers to ensure the next day's appointments and service schedules are full and profitable.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on customer needs and communicate these options effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales Representative role.
- Bilingual skills are a major plus.
- Excellent, friendly, and effective communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Positive attitude and excitement for helping keep branch teams organized and prepared.
- Basic administrative knowledge.
- Organized with high attention to detail.
- Punctual and able to manage priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Must be able to type 40 WPM.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen.
