Job Description

Position Overview

METTLER TOLEDO, a global leader in precision instruments and services, is seeking to hire a Global Product Manager Industrial Service for our Columbus, Ohio location. This role is responsible for driving the implementation and execution of the Industrial service strategy, optimizing service product management, and leading initiatives to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and optimization of the service portfolio at the divisional level, including Standard Service Products, Bundles, and Service Spare Parts.
  • Organize and analyze service-related data, providing comprehensive reporting and insights to stakeholders and senior management using BI Reports, SAP, and other tools to identify trends and sales opportunities to support Market Organizations (MO).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive service business growth and strengthen the service offering; lead spare parts management by improving processes in partnership with Product Teams.
  • Drive the development of new service products to fuel service growth and plan and execute global service campaigns aimed at improving customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the US Market Organization, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field with proven experience in product or service management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis with advanced data analytics skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and cultures.
