Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members with a positive attitude and provide helpful service at checkout.
- Scan products accurately, handle payment processing, and issue receipts promptly.
- Assist members using self-checkout stations to ensure a hassle-free experience.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional checkout area.
- Follow company procedures for processing returns and exchanges.
- Stay productive and responsive during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Share information about club promotions and membership advantages when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to keep checkout lines moving smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on member satisfaction.
- Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and managing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is beneficial but not necessary.
