Job Description

Position Overview

Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full time PATIENT AMBASSADOR position at West Penn Hospital – 4800 Friendship Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224. This role is part of the Patient Experience Team and involves conducting new admission visits, ensuring an aggressive hospitality orientation, and supporting client satisfaction. The schedule is full time (Monday – Friday, hours may vary) and candidates must have customer service experience. Compensation ranges from $18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct new admission visits to assigned units within the timeframes established by unit and patient experience leadership.
  • Ensure employees demonstrate a respectful and hospitable orientation towards customers and clients.
  • Support client satisfaction to ensure account retention and promote awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
  • Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs, including developing and monitoring patient satisfaction action plans.
  • Perform related duties including housekeeping tasks and resolving issues to maintain high standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
  • Ability to effectively apply working knowledge of the environment to meet goals and objectives.
  • Fiscal and budgetary skills.
