Entry-Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track) (Homestead)
Job Description
Position Overview
Entry-Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track) is designed for early‑career individuals looking for a long‑term sales career rather than just a summer job. This opportunity is ideal if you come from retail, fast food, serving, warehouse/blue‑collar work, customer service, or if you skipped/left college and are seeking a real career. You will begin with an intensive Summer 2026 ramp (6 days/week, in‑person, door‑to‑door) that, if successful, transitions into an ongoing, quota‑carrying sales role with a clear leadership track.
The role is physically demanding – long hours outdoors, engaging strangers, and hearing “no” frequently. It is a true career track with progression from New Rep (Months 0–3) to Senior Rep (Months 4–12), and eventually to Team Lead (12+ months) for top performers. To apply, click “Apply” and answer the attached questions regarding your most recent work experience, your commitment to a long‑term sales career, and your ability to hit quotas during a full summer ramp.
Key Responsibilities
- Go door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our pest control services
- Use a proven script to present, handle objections, and close new customers
- Work 6 days per week during the summer ramp, typically 8-10 hours per day, mostly on your feet and outdoors
- Attend daily morning training and role‑plays with your team lead
- After the ramp, manage your own territory as an ongoing sales representative by achieving weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Track your activity and results—doors, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions—like a business
Required Qualifications
- Requirements: At least 18 by May 1 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Schedule: Available full‑time for the Summer 2026 ramp (approx. May–August, 6 days/week)
- Willing to relocate and live in shared housing with teammates during the ramp
- Comfortable with commission‑only pay, weekly/monthly quotas, and long days outdoors
- Committed to treating this as a long‑term career track beyond just the summer period
- Reliable, coachable, and able to persist through a challenging ramp period
