Digital Marketing and Experience Associate

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Digital Marketing and Experience team in the role of Associate.
In this entry-level professional role, you will assist in supporting the development and promotion of the IU Health brand among internal and external audiences. You will help optimize the user experience and manage service delivery across digital platforms by ensuring our websites and digital channels provide up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information. You will support a well-organized and user-friendly information architecture through requirements definition, testing, and ongoing enhancements, collaborating cross-functionally with IU Health teams and external vendors. This is a hybrid role with occasional onsite expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and promotion of the IU Health brand across digital platforms.
- Optimize the user experience and manage service delivery on websites and digital channels.
- Assist with requirements definition, quality checks, testing, and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Product, Digital Ops, CRM, Marketing, and Clinical teams.
- Work under guidance of experienced team members to complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.

- Reports to: Digital Marketing and Experience Manager
- Key Collaborations: Digital Product, Digital Ops, CRM, Marketing, and Clinical Teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 0-3 Years of Experience in a related field.
- Understanding of website design and development including HTML, CSS, usability, analytics, search engine optimization, and related terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Web/New Media, Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and a complex work environment.
