Position Overview

The Tipton Agency (TA) serves as a comprehensive provider of life insurance and retirement solutions. Partnering with a national brokerage firm, TA helps clients obtain affordable, dependable insurance, manage debt, and protect their retirement savings by leveraging a nationwide inventory of leads and in-house product specialists.

Compensation: This position operates on a fully uncapped commission basis—with new part-time agents earning between $3,000 and $5,000 monthly for 15-20 hours of work and full-time agents earning between $15,000 and $17,000 monthly. Commissions are typically paid within 1-7 days after policy issuance, with opportunities for bonuses, incentive trips, and additional passive income.

Schedule: Flexible – set your own schedule and meet clients via phone, Zoom, in-person, or a hybrid approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage a nationwide lead inventory to identify prospective clients seeking tailored life insurance and retirement solutions.
  • Collaborate with in-house product specialists to assess client eligibility based on age, health conditions, and financial objectives.
  • Verify client information and schedule appointments using various communication methods (phone, Zoom, in-person, or hybrid).
  • Facilitate the sales platform process by submitting applications for underwriting and ensuring prompt commission disbursement.
  • Actively pursue additional income opportunities through bonuses, incentive trips, and agency initiatives.
