Position Overview

At FOREVER®, a leading memory-keeping platform, we are looking for an experienced Manager of Performance Marketing to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention through full-funnel performance campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the CEO, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and scaling our growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and refine acquisition funnels and customer journeys to maximize ROI and minimize CAC.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract insights, report on performance, and adjust strategies in real time.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad content and landing pages that convert.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing programs, including outreach, relationship building, and campaign tracking.
  • Support senior leadership in shaping go-to-market strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Contribute to long-term growth planning by identifying customer trends, segmentation opportunities, and market insights.
  • Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting to ensure optimal resource efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors or contractors as needed.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or digital acquisition marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, including SEO, SEM, GEO, and managing paid media platforms (Google & Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in B2C or consumer tech environments.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and analytics tools.
