Job Description

Position Overview

Bring your heart to CVS Health. As a District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC), you will play a critical role in coordinating pharmacist schedules across the market, ensuring that all schedules are created and published on time with proper coverage and contingency plans. You will also support the scheduling and staffing of outside immunization clinics, manage payroll submissions, and perform additional administrative tasks to support effective pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain pharmacist schedules across the district—including creation of templates, vacation coverage, and maintaining staffing contingency plans; track vacation balances and escalate any financial risk issues.
  • Track and submit pharmacist payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Manage seasonal vaccine clinic scheduling by inputting clinics in advance, adjusting schedules to cover clinics, and preventing client escalations.
  • Support additional administrative functions as directed by the Pharmacy District Leader, including processing base changes, tracking vacation requests, and handling compliance tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire
  • 1+ years of full-time relevant work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Pharmacy Lead Technician experience
  • Familiarity with scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems such as mySchedule and Workbrain

Compensation:The typical pay range for this role is$17.00 - $28.00. In addition to base pay, this non-exempt role offers bonus, commission, or short-term incentive opportunities.
