Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and secure group, corporate, and leisure business to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through site tours, follow-up, and personalized outreach.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders in alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and service delivery.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client functions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the sales system and track progress toward individual and team goals.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • A relationship-driven sales professional with 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in hotel sales.
  • Passionate about hospitality, service, and creating lasting guest and client impressions.
  • Confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with professionalism and care.
  • Organized, strategic, and motivated by measurable goals.
  • A team player who works well across departments to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Flexible and responsive—available for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel as needed.
  • Experienced with sales systems and reporting tools, with strong communication skills in person and in writing.
