Key Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional first impression by professionally answering calls within 3 rings per customer service protocol.
- Transfer callers accurately to the correct destination and take & relay messages for physicians, including digital/alpha paging.
- Monitor alarms and process life safety codes and emergency plans effectively.
- Provide overhead paging services and assist with the provisioning and replacement of pagers.
- Effectively use department hardware and software.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Prefer two years of switchboard experience.
- Must demonstrate computer/PC skills with general word processing, keyboard, and mouse proficiency.
