Job Description
Position Overview
At EY, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving HR transformation through global M&A transactions, divestitures, and spins. Working in a wide range of locations—from Atlanta to Washington DC—you will deliver innovative HR solutions, produce due diligence reports, and shape a better working world by blending technical expertise with strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality client service on multiple M&A projects covering due diligence, integration, and separation plans.
- Produce detailed HR due diligence reports and develop integration strategies that support operational and organizational alignment.
- Drive business development by identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
- Leverage digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, agentic AI, and LLM modules to support data analysis and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively, lead diverse teams, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience from a professional services role, internal HR function, or related industry exposure.
- Expertise in automation opportunity assessment with a strategic digital planning focus.
- Solid understanding of HR compliance, regulation, and a strong willingness to travel within a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process optimization and HR technology implementation.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering HR transformation engagements.
- Background in one or more areas of reward, benefits, compensation or talent.
