Position Overview
Marketing Manager - Contract/Part-Time (6 months) for Direct Agents. This role is based in our NYC office (on-site) with a schedule of 3–4 days per week from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on a 6-month contract. In this position, as Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that spans website development, paid media, content creation, awards and events, and sales & marketing materials. You must be willing to relocate or reside within commuting distance of our NYC office.
Compensation: $38-45/hr depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy across key areas including website, paid media, content, awards & events, and sales & marketing materials.
- Oversee website enhancements: contribute design and content ideas, lead page development or redesigns, and ensure continuous improvement with SEO collaboration.
- Manage paid media efforts: establish and oversee strategy for evergreen and special campaigns while coordinating with external partners.
- Lead content initiatives: drive email and LinkedIn newsletter programs, organize podcasts and webinars, and develop thought leadership materials such as white papers and quick-response trend POVs.
- Plan and execute awards submissions, events and conferences, collaborating with leadership and partners (e.g., Google, Facebook) to secure speaking engagements and industry recognition.
- Assist with sales materials: design impactful sales decks, case studies, and multimedia promotional content.
- Foster innovation and impact by staying ahead of marketing trends, driving initiatives, and managing internal and external teams in a collaborative, creative culture.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in professional services or B2B industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Strategic visionary with the ability to drive big picture business goals and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Creative aptitude for developing visually appealing presentations using tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
