Job Description

Position Overview

Our client is an organization that provides different types of insurance and serves as a legislative advocate for its members across North Carolina. This not-for-profit farm organization offers various insurance services and advocacy at local, state, national, and international levels. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the tier one helpdesk technician for the entire organization. This includes managing approximately 20 tickets per day via email and phone support, handling password reset requests, and resolving issues with Office 365, Active Directory, or the "blue screen of death". The role is fully onsite in Raleigh, NC, Monday to Friday, 8-5pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the tier one helpdesk technician for the organization.
  • Handle approximately 20 support tickets per day via email and phone.
  • Manage password reset requests efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Office 365, Active Directory, and system failures (including the "blue screen of death").
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on projects and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in help desk support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 and Active Directory.
  • Experience with phone support and ticketing systems.
  • Entry level experience is acceptable.
