- Entry-Level B2B Outreach Specialists who are motivated to develop real-world skills in communication, outreach, and business development.
No prior sales experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided for individuals who demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and strong communication ability.
Role Overview
The B2B Outreach Specialist helps identify potential clients and initiate conversations with founders, consultants, and operators who may benefit from REVPNT’s services.
This role focuses on building early relationships and creating opportunities for deeper strategic conversations.
You will gain exposure to how businesses grow, how consulting engagements begin, and how strategic opportunities are identified.
Key Responsibilities
- Research founders, consultants, and business operators who may benefit from REVPNT services
- Identify companies experiencing growth challenges or operational complexity
- Initiate outreach conversations through LinkedIn and other digital communication channels
- Introduce prospects to REVPNT’s approach to revenue systems and business strategy
- Qualify potential opportunities and determine whether a deeper conversation is appropriate
- Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and the strategy team
- Track outreach activity and maintain organized lead lists
- Participate in internal training related to outreach strategy and communication
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach approaches
