Entry Level Sales Reps - Paid Weekly

Position Overview

Vector Marketing is currently running interviews for part time sales reps. Our customer service focused sales representatives sell Cutco to customers during low-key, one on one appointments. We offer a minimum base pay so our reps don’t feel pressured to make a sale – instead we ask them to focus on providing excellent service. Apply now and interview within the week!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one appointment sales of Cutco products.
• Provide excellent, customer-focused service without the pressure to always close a sale.
• Attend comprehensive training sessions and apply new sales techniques.
• Manage and set your own flexible schedule around your personal commitments.
• Participate in local meetings and training sessions held in the office.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people.
• Must be 17 years or older.
• Willing to learn and apply new skills.
• Able to interview within the next 5 to 7 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Backgrounds such as receptionist, cashier, or server are also valued.

• Compensation: $25.25 base per appointment plus performance-based commissions. Reps are paid weekly on the higher amount between base pay and commission.
