Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for preparing comprehensive action plans—including resources, time frames, and budgets—for projects. This role involves coordinating tasks such as scheduling, risk management, maintaining project documentation, and handling financial queries. The initial project assignment is anticipated to be long term in the Baltimore City area, with possible participation in projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area; Hampton Roads, VA; Richmond, VA; and the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit sub-contractor's records for compliance with established standards
- Maintain time and attendance records
- Post changes in payroll and tax status in B2GNow and LCP Tracker
- Perform data entry to establish and maintain subcontractor's backdated payroll records
- Utilize Excel to export reports in B2GNow and LCP Tracker
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct site visit audits
- Other related duties
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Data Entry Coordinator or similar role
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Business Administration or related field
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. B2GNow and LCP Tracker)
- PMP/6 Sigma certification is a plus
