Position Overview
A highly-regarded, global hotel group is seeking an exceptional individual for the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing role to oversee all of its US-based properties. In this role, you will interface with the global sales team while directly managing the sales & marketing teams at each property to deploy sales and revenue strategies across multiple major markets. You will analyze market trends, mentor, and lead sales teams to achieve peak performance. Travel is required approximately 25%. This role can be based in Dallas, Denver, or Chicago markets. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales performance of all hotels within the United States
- Manage and mentor sales teams at each property
- Develop and implement comprehensive business, sales & marketing plans for each hotel/market
- Establish and maintain relationships with key players in the US market, including Cvent and other major vendors
- Oversee the RFP process and contract negotiation/pricing agreements to maximize profitability and market share
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership
- 2+ years of multi-property experience for at least 3 hotels
- Experience in different major markets simultaneously
- Background focused in 4‑star, upscale hotel brands
- Hunter mentality
- High proficiency in analytics, financial performance and other key metrics

- Compensation: Base Salary of $185,000 - $200,000 + bonus potential up to 30%
