Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify potential issues.
• Assess warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Document audit results and communicate discrepancies to management for timely resolution.
• Ensure precise tracking and recording of inventory movements and stock levels.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Provide recommendations to enhance inventory accuracy, safety, and overall operational efficiency.
• Assist in the training of warehouse staff on proper inventory control and auditing procedures.
• Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of auditing procedures and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot inconsistencies in inventory and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and overall warehouse functions.
• Clear and effective communication skills, particularly for documenting audit findings and reporting discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse auditing or inventory control.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) or other inventory tracking systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and compliance standards.
