Job Description

Position Overview

The Administrative Support Team Member provides support to the Accounting Department and Sales Team. Duties include, but are not limited to: Performing routine and repetitive clerical and bookkeeping including a/r and a/p duties, dialoging with customers via email and over the phone, scanning paperwork, retrieving packets & assisting the front office with accounting matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to run or learn our CRM / ERP (NetSuite)
  • Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required
  • Great organization, communication & multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting skills including, bill pay, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation & auditing
  • MUST BE LEGALLY ABLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite CRM / ERP
